Customers come from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds and are not restricted to the unemployed and those receiving state benefits. Employed recipients also form part of this catchment due to their struggles to make ends meet financially each month.
The Hub is designed to facilitate user needs in the same manner as when they attend regular supermarkets or stores, having the choice to select and even order specific products suited to their needs.
